  1. After reviewing your application we contact you to discuss options and learn more about what you’re looking for.
  2. If our conversation is encouraging we invite you to our office for an in-depth interview. Plan on 1½ to 2 hours.
  3. Following the interview we begin extensive background and reference checks.
  4. Once completed, we begin matching you with families.
NOTE: This process may take time. Families are particular and so are we. Families want to hire someone who becomes an integral part of their children’s lives. We want to make sure your personality and ideas fit those of the family you’ll be working for, and to make sure you get off on the right foot.
  5. When we identify a possible match, we give you the name and telephone number of the family.

  8. If the offer is acceptable, a start date is established, paperwork completed and you’re on your way to a fantastic opportunity with a wonderful family.
